These are a couple of stucco patch jobs that I’ve done recently.
The first is a patch of a guard house in The Villages. A carpenter framed out the patches, some columns were torn out an replaced. I tar papered and lathed in the framing, then stuccoed the patches. These picture are of the finished product.
These next pictures are from a job where a garage door was removed and a window was added. The closure of the garage door and window installation was done by someone else. I patched the whole and matched the stucco texture to the rest of the house. I also added a band around the window along with the exterior window sill.
On both of these jobs the exterior still needs to be painted.
